Influence of Dilution with Methanol on Fermi's Resonance inCCL4Vibrational Spectra
نویسنده
چکیده
Raman spectra of Carbon Tetrachloride and Methanol solutions were measured. Spectral lines ν3,νcom(ν1+ν4) of Carbon Tetrachloride Vibrational Spectra were analyzed. The results showed that Fermi resonance coefficients depend on methanol concentration, besides to the existence of clear effect for the polarization of carbon on these coefficients. In addition, cases of splitting in the energy levels of the spectral line ν3 were observed at specific concentrations of methanol.

The early history of physics at accelerators is reviewed, with emphasis on three experiments which have had a profound influence on our view of the structure o f matter: The Franck and Hertz experiment demonstrating the mechanism of atomic spectra, the Cockcroft and Walton experiment opening practical ways of studying nuclear dipintegration, and the discovery of the A* isobar of the proton by F...
متن کاملChanges of the Quercetin Absorption Spectra in Dependence on Solvent
The autooxidation of quercetin under laboratory conditions was studied by changes of the absorption spectra during seven hours after dilution. The influence of the primal solvent was observed. In case of quercetin dissolved in ethanol, there can be observed the decrease in λmax at 380 nm, in case of quercetin dissolved in methanol; there can be observed the decrease in λmax at 385 nm, in case o...
متن کاملThe influence of amino acid side chains on water binding to the copper(II) in bis(N,N-dimethyl-L-alpha-isoleucinato)-copper(II): an EPR and molecular mechanics study.
Simulations were done of the electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectra for bis(N,N-dimethyl-L-alpha-isoleucinato)copper(II) dissolved in deuterated methanol as a function of temperature. They indicated different behaviour of the complex below and above 300 degrees K. The effect was examined by the conformational analysis of the copper(II) complex with a new molecular mechanics force field.
متن کاملAntibody Conjugated Gold Nanoparticles for Detection of Small Amounts of Antigen Based on Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) Spectra
In this paper, a fast and sensitive localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) based biosensor was developed and the optimization of gold – antibody conjugates through investigation of different parameters were performed. Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with a size of ~20 nm were synthesized via chemical reduction of HAuCl4 with trisodium citrate as reducing and stabilizing agent. The impacts of pH ...
متن کاملNuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy is highly sensitive for lipid-soluble metabolites
Although the water-soluble metabolite profile of human mesenchymal stem cells is known, the lipid profile still needs further investigation. In this study, methanol-chloroform was used to extract pid-soluble metabolites and perchloric acid was used to extract water-soluble metabolites. Furthermore, a dual phase extraction method using methanol-chloroform and water was used to obtain both water ...
